Before I got into fitness I had always wanted the typical 6 pack abs and just wanted to look feel good about myself. I was out of shape and couldn't even look at myself in the mirror. I didn't really know where to start but I was so desperate to try and regain my confidence and feel good about myself.
I tried cutting sugar out of my diet that failed.
I tried cutting out carbs from my diet that failed.
I tried completely cutting out processed foods that failed.
You can guess where this is going.
I just kept trying and failing but the reason I was failing was that everything I was trying, was making me cut out foods I enjoyed!
Not till years later after analysing, breaking down, testing and learning from all the mistakes I was making I finally found the solution and it made getting in shape feel effortless and I honestly couldn't believe how easy it was.
Fast forward almost 10years later this framework has allowed me to transform 100s of individuals without them giving up their favourite foods!
